Designed to occupy the space on the railway line called a multipurpose axis, which can contain apartments, vegetable gardens, schools, restaurants, bars and shops. Sergio integrates, in this project, education, leisure, services and transport.
The space occupied by the railway of the city of Rio de Janeiro, with a total of 3,150,000 m², emerged for Sergio Bernardes as an opportunity for urban reorganization, especially to alleviate a major debt of the country – the social housing deficit.
